Hi, I'm Lucy. I'm a volunteer animal rescuer based in Amsterdam Zuid-Oost. If you're looking for a sitter in Diemen, Bijlmer or Duivendrecht, I'm a 5-minute bike ride away! I have been pet-sitting ever since I was a child with my family, and independently since I was a teen. I have experience handling cats, dogs, birds, rodents and reptiles up to 20kg - I'm most popular amongst cat owners. 

I'm currently available for walking, housesitting and home visits, and hopefully onboarding in the future. I can administer oral medicine. 

I highly value respecting boundaries and consent. Your animal's health, happiness and safety are my top priorities. I do not smoke, vape or drink, let alone do so near them. I am only as tactile as your pet is. In addition to ensuring both owner and pet are comfortable, I value forming connections and becoming a reliable point of contact for repeat bookings.

I am vegan, unless there's something non-vegan about to go to waste ;) 

I currently work remotely and freelance, therefore I am very open to adaptation and keeping things flexible. If you have any special, strange or last-minute requests, please feel free to reach out - nothing is too ridiculous when it comes to your pets and their wellbeing!
