Hey there! My name is Vanessa and I would love to be your pet sitter!. 

Since I was small I have loved animals - more specifically cats and dogs - and 7 years ago I got my first dog ever (a Jack Russel). Nevertheless, when I moved to The Hague I was unable to bring him with me and I miss him deeply every day. 

When I found Pawshake I thought it was an amazing idea for me to sign up to be a pet sitter due to the fact that it would be a way for me to give all the love and affection that I have to your pet and enjoy my time with them - as well because whenever I am around dogs and cats my day is lightened and I feel much happier and I also believe that it would help me to feel less homesick. 

I know how to take care of different breeds nevertheless, in case you would like your cat or dog to stay over I would prefer if they are of a size small to a medium as I don’t have a massive room - 20 square metres - and I want to make sure that your furry friend feels comfortable - Your furry friend is more than welcome to sleep on my bed but if you'd rather him sleeping in his own bed I'd be more than happy that your wishes are followed. In addition, if your furry friend has a certain schedule I’ll be more than happy to follow it and make sure that his experience is not stressful and that he enjoys his time together with me. I am also willing to give them their medication - as long as it's not injectable - and I have experience training dogs as I have trained my own and volunteered at an animal shelter for over a year.

Currently, I am a student nevertheless, I have a rather flexible schedule - as half of my classes are online - and I can spend a lot of time taking care of your pet. I am more than available to bring him for long walks in the park right under my house and also to the beach as I do not live far away from it. 

In case of visits to your house, the amount of time would be the bare minimum - 30 minutes - plus any time which you believe would be adequate, in these visits I would feed them, play with them, walk them and as a whole just spend wholesome time with your pet and make sure that his needs are accomplished.
