Hi Amsterdam pet owners,

My name is Angelique, I am a 26 year old registered nurse in the United States living in De Pijp for the next year! I am not currently working as a registered nurse in the Netherlands so I am home and available throughout the day from 8am until 1830. We (my partner, my puppy Mookie, and myself) moved here in May for a fellowship opportunity for my partner at the Academic Medical Centre here in Amsterdam. I grew up in New Jersey and have been surrounded by dogs my entire life (of all sizes). I joined Pawshake in hopes that I could offer your pet an amazing walk/stay/visit!

I am happy to offer as many visits as needed daily for dogs and to let your dog outside for the bathroom, go on a walk/walks (20-30 minute minimum or whatever you feel your pet needs), feed he or she, ensure they have water, and of course play with them!

Our apartment is spacious with a small front balcony where Mookie loves to lay and sunbathe, a great sized living room for playing, and a medium size out back patio! Sarphatipark, Vondelpark, and Beatrixpark are within walking distance from us and our pup loves to play there.

I also offer pet sitting (for several hours to overnight for multiple nights) at my apartment in De Pjip. Our rescue puppy, Mookie, is a huge dog lover and misses his friends in the United States and could definitely use a friend while we are here!

As a nurse in the United States I am tasked with being trustworthy and honest with patients and I take that very seriously; I plan to treat your pets the same as patients in my old hospital! I am happy to help your family however I can. Please contact me for any further questions!
